A practice built on patience, evidence and accountability.

JP Financial began with one desk, one conviction, and a refusal to sell what we would not hold ourselves.

Our Story

24+ years. One standard.

JP Financial was founded on a premise that still holds today: most investors do not need more products. They need a clearer plan, honest numbers, and someone accountable for keeping them on course when markets test their nerve.

That premise stayed constant through the crash of 2008, the taper tantrums, the 2020 pandemic fall, and every euphoric peak in between. The families who stayed with the plan are the reason this practice exists — and the reason many of their children are now clients too.

Today the practice serves HNI households, NRI families and business owners with mutual fund distribution, retirement planning education and goal-based investing, along with general information on GIFT City investment options — with a deliberately curated client base so that every investor gets genuine attention.

Meet the Founder

Jigish Patel

Jigish has 24+ years of experience in financial services, sitting across from families and telling them the truth about their money — what is enough, what is not, and what it will take to close the gap.

His work is grounded in a structured fund-comparison framework, a deep specialisation in retirement income design, and a conviction that behaviour — not fund selection — decides most investors’ outcomes.

What We Believe

Three commitments we work by.

Evidence over emotion

Every fund is reviewed through our fund-comparison framework before it is discussed with you. Stories do not make the shortlist — numbers do. Past performance does not indicate future performance.

Transparency by default

How we are paid, why a fund was shortlisted, why one was removed — all of it in writing, all of it explained in plain language.

Your goals set the course

The plan starts from your life — retirement, education, legacy — and products are chosen to serve it. Not the other way around.

Experience has taught us one thing: staying invested with a plan usually serves investors better than trying to predict markets.

Radical Transparency

How we are paid — in plain words.

Trail commission, disclosed

As an AMFI-registered distributor, we are paid a standard trail commission by the fund house. The rate is disclosed to you in writing — before you invest.

Clear disclosure of applicable charges

You pay us no fee directly. We receive trail commission from the fund house on regular plans, disclosed to you in writing — see our MFD Disclosure.

No house favourites

We hold no affiliation with any fund house. Funds are shortlisted through our fund-comparison framework — and removed the same way, whoever manages them.

Come see how your plan holds up.

Bring your current portfolio. We will review it honestly — and tell you if it needs nothing at all.
