This website is operated by JP Financial, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. JP Financial is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-51406). JP Financial is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JP Financial.

Information we collect

When you use the contact or consultation form, we collect the details you choose to share:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The topic you select and any message you write
• Your preferred way and time to be contacted

If you message us on WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you share there. If you become an investor through us, KYC and transaction details are collected separately, as required under applicable SEBI, AMFI and KYC Registration Agency rules.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation
• To provide mutual fund distribution services and investor support, if you choose to invest through us
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and charts from a public content network. These providers may process technical data, such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies.

Retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as long as required by law for investor records.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
• Withdraw consent you have given
